How do I move Windows XP Home to a new hard dive?
Wherwolf asked:
I installed a legal copy of Windows XP Home on my dad’s computer (a 4 gig hard drive) and that drive is faltering, I want to put a new drive in my dad’s machine and get rid of the old one. Will I be able to re-install windows on the new drive from the disk, is there something I have to do before I strike the old drive?

I bought a new computer with a 160GB hard dive, but it only lets me use 85.0GB, How do I use the Rest of it?

I deleted all the crapware that came with the computer and It only still let me use 85GB…….This was also before I installed my own software and stuff…… How do I use the rest of my hard drive……My friend said that some of the hard drive space is used to hold back up folders and software incase you have to reformat your C: drive…..But 75GB is a lot to hold back up software and files, isn’t it?…..
