I’m using SDM 2.3 and a usb pc interface. Tried installing-reinstalling program and driver to no avail. even remove the the battery on the watch and replacing it back.
My laptap is running windows XP - home edition .

I need help to format the hard dive of my new computer. I got the new computer 2 days back but I am not satisfied with it. I would like to return it back and so I need to wipe out every thing that I installed on my PC. How to I do that. Following the articles I tried to ‘Format’ but the format button in Disk Management is greyed out for me. Can you plase help ? If I format C:, is that going to remove Win Vista from my laptop ? I just want the system to be back on the original settings so that I may return it back. Please suggest. Computer Model is VGN-CR320E(Sony Vaio) and OS is Win Vista Home Premium. This is kind of urgent
