one day, I was using my flash drive to do a research project on my dad’s windows vista laptop. THen this program ready boost magically appears on my 2 gig flash. I try to open it, but I cant.(don’t know why). The I attempted to delete it because it takes up 1.5 gigs on my flash, but I cant. (the computer won’t let me). Can someone please help me. What should I do?

Is it easy to format a Mac computer? Help me with Mac?

Okay… that’s not the only question I have.
I’m planning to get a new computer, preferrably an Apple, in the next month or so. But, I’m so accustomed in using a regular Windows OS computer.

Now, I believe Apple is acutally a better OS than Windows. I just don’t know user-friendliness of it.

- Can it be formatted if a virus infects it?
- Can I search for files the same way as I do with windows?
- What would be the trouble some, but essential, this that I should learn about Apple computers?

* Any piece of information is accepted. I just don’t want to dive in onto buying with so little info with me.

* Do a comparison, if you must, with Windows OS.
Thanks.

when it is in it slows down all other processes on my computer…then a window popped up saying it will not work because my computer isnt fast enough or something?

…..if it matters my computer is old like 6 years and a Pinonex, i got new Windows XP software about a year ago….
