The deepest free diving on record was 214 meters held by Hebert Nitsch. The equipment used to complete this dive was a sled (to get him down) and a balloon (to take him back up).

The record in unaided free diving (weighs, no line use, no sled use and the weights can not be ditched) is to 111 meters and is also held by Nitsch.

I knew this person that can easily dive 22 feet without preasure hurting her. they use her at swim meets if the waters really deep and if a cap or googles when to the bottom
