I bought a new computer with a 160GB hard dive, but it only lets me use 85.0GB, How do I use the Rest of it?
sillyskinut18 asked:
I deleted all the crapware that came with the computer and It only still let me use 85GB…….This was also before I installed my own software and stuff…… How do I use the rest of my hard drive……My friend said that some of the hard drive space is used to hold back up folders and software incase you have to reformat your C: drive…..But 75GB is a lot to hold back up software and files, isn’t it?…..

your friend is wrong
download a free trial of partition manager.
use it to sort out your partition problem.
Is your hard drive partioned into two or more drives? ex. c: & d:
Go into on C:, or whatever drive(s) you have, select and check your system to see if it actually has 160GB.
